Sharing the stage with him is his father, Jud Gunning, a dedicated guitarist and rising voice in the Nova Scotian music scene whose love of classic country, folk, and instrumental traditions shines through in every performance.\nFrom Prince Edward Island, Shane Pendergast carries folk music in his blood. Descended from a long line of Island storytellers and musicians, he has become one of Atlantic Canada’s finest folk troubadours, with award-winning albums and songs that capture the beauty and resilience of Maritime life.
