On July 29th at 7:30PM – Dolly Parton is coming to St. Mary’s. The iconic music of Dolly Parton has been loved by millions across the world. It is enjoyed by  many generations, and people from all walks of life. On July 29th, Jessica Gallant is Dolly Parton! After two sold out summers performing this show in St. Peter’s Bay, Jessica is coming to St. Mary’s for one night only. Experience iconic music like never before as Jessica and her band bring Dolly’s music to life before your eyes. The band members for this magical evening include Noah Malcolm (keys), Ray MacDonald (guitar/banjo/mandolin) and Mike Gallant (drums). Jessica is a multifaceted musical theatre performer with extensive experience. She has performed on stages across Canada, spent six years with the Charlottetown Festival, and held the iconic role of Anne Shirley in 2015 and 2016. With this concert, you’ll be dancing in your seat to Coat of Many Colours, 9 to 5, and more!

On July 30th at 3PM – In partnership with the Barachois Summer Music Festival and the Lameque International Baroque Music Festival, Under the Spire is excited to present an afternoon of Baroque chamber music with French artists Guillaume Villeneuve (violin) and Bertrand Cuiller (harpsichord). Villeneuve is a musician largely committed to the values of musical excellence, transmission and social cohesion. Passionate about chamber music, he is a founding member of the Cobalt Quartet and performs regularly in festivals. Cuiller began playing the harpsichord as a young child, and dedicated many years to Baroque ensembles. Eventually, he decided to focus solely on harpsichord and chamber music and founded the Caravanserai ensemble.
