Donate your time to be a volunteer!
One of the reasons our festival flourishes is due to our wonderful volunteers. They play a crucial role in helping to create the endearing, heartwarming environment for which the Festival is known. If you have spare hours to help out or you wish to get involved on a more regular basis, we would love to hear from you. We truly value your gift of time!
House volunteers – Our house volunteers help to keep events running smoothly at Historic St. Mary’s–greeting/ushering guests at the door, helping to sell merchandise and raffle tickets, assisting as needed with post-concert closing duties, miscellaneous tasks throughout the event, and assisting with parking and traffic flow.
Pavilion volunteers – We have a variety of duties in the pavilion including coffee & food servers, bartenders and raffle attendants. The pavilion is open prior to concerts and during intermission so guests can grab a drink, snack or some other goodies!
