The Office Manager role is new to the organization but is seen as integral to manage the office with various tasks throughout the year. This individual is a leader with experience in administration, communication, and management while also working within a team to fulfill the projects.
Working across multiple departments, the ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. We are looking for an experienced individual in handling a wide range of event and administrative tasks who is able to work independently with little or no supervision. The ideal candidate will have a high level of organization in their work scope. This person also has a passion for the arts, community engagement, and has experience working with small businesses or non-profit organizations.
This is a part-time position of 15-20 hours a week and paid $23/hour. The work schedule is flexible and will allow for a 50/50 hybrid work environment with options to work from Festival offices or from home, as decided in collaboration with the individual and the Executive Director.
Reporting
This position reports to and works closely alongside the Executive Director.
