Please note that our venues are seasonal. We are unable to accommodate winter bookings, but look forward to hosting your event from May to October of each year.

Our Space, Your Event
Historic St. Mary’s can be the venue of your dreams. The 120 year-old Recognized Historic Place has high vaulted ceilings and iconic French-Gothic architecture to make for a once-of-a-kind experience within the space. You and your guests will be delighted at the magic within the walls. The main hall is well equipped for weddings, recording sessions, rehearsals, private concerts and anything else that you can imagine. Share your ideas with us, and we can help your vision come true.
A base rental of Historic St. Mary’s includes the following:
- Entry to the Historic St. Mary’s (wheelchair accessible entrance)
- Seated capacity of 350 people
- Access to Q-SYS PA Music System via aux cord
- Public washroom access

Imagine Your Event Here
The Pavilion is the perfect spot for a more intimate event. Constructed in 2017 by architect David Sisam, this bright and airy space overlooks the idyllic hills of beautiful Malpeque Bay. Featuring a fully licensed kitchen and bar, the Pavilion is the perfect venue for wedding receptions, bridal showers, baby showers, anniversary parties, private dinners, corporate retreats, and anything else that you could dream of. The windowed garage doors open fully to create a seamless experience from the pavilion to the deck and lawn area. View building measurements here.
A base rental of the Pavilion includes the following:
- Access to the pavilion (wheelchair accessible)
- Seated capacity of 60, standing capacity of 100
- Access to washroom facilities in Historic St. Mary’s
- Access to fully licenced kitchen (1 fridge, 2 freezers, oven, stove and dishwasher)
- Access to BOSE Sound System via aux cord
- Up to 5 tables and 40 chairs
