Guided by a strategic plan, the board works collaboratively with the staff team to build for long-term sustainability, preservation and evolution, and community engagement. The board uses generative dialogue to ensure all voices and opinions have an opportunity to be heard before decisions are made. We are open and honest with each other, and with our community.
