Community Event: Arioso and Island A Capella

Under the Spire is excited to host two PEI choirs for one exciting concert!

Arioso is a small, local ensemble of women who have been together for 16 years. They consider themselves “singing sisters”. They love a broad array of music and work collaboratively to choose what they sing. Their members are a mix of those musically trained to varying degrees but they all have years of experience singing choral music. Arioso welcomes any opportunity to sing in Historic St. Mary’s.

Island A Cappella is a vibrant and diverse community chorus for women and non-binary individuals united by a love of four-part, a cappella harmony in the barbershop style. They are proud members of Harmony Inc., an international, non-profit organization created to empower women through education, friendship and – of course- a cappella singing!
