The 5th annual edition of Midwinter Magic takes place February 18 at 7:00 pm at the Heliconian Hall in Toronto. Proceeds from the event and silent auction are in support of Historic St. Mary’s and the Indian River Festival. ONLINE AUCTION RULES:
1. The online portion of the silent auction begins now and will finish February 18 at 5:00 pm EASTERN time.
2. Once the online (advance) portion of the auction has closed, the highest bidder will be the first bid for our in-person LIVE portion held at the Heliconian Hall in Toronto on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 starting at 7:00 pm. 3. If you are unable to attend the LIVE EVENT but wish to continue bidding on a prize, please contact Kate at kate@indianriverfestival.com and we’ll assign you a bidding buddy for the night of the event.
4. To make a bid for an Online Silent Auction item, simply type the amount you wish to bid in the comment section of the item picture on Facebook. The opening bid on each item will be listed. Each subsequent bid must follow the minimum increment of $5.00. Any bids not adhering to this format will be declared invalid and voided.
You may also email your bid (which will then be posted to the online auction) to kate@indianriverfestival.com.
5. Indian River Festival reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the Online Silent Auction.
6. Auction item purchases are final. No returns or exchanges will be issued, nor is it possible for expiration dates to be extended. All items are “as is”.
7. The auction item’s value is based on the regular retail price of the item.
8. Payment for items must be made in full and details will be worked out with individual winners when the auction closes live and in-person at Midwinter Magic on February 18, 2020.
9. If for any reason, items are left unclaimed night of the event, the item will be offered to the next highest bidder.
