Soupfest 2024
Your favourite fall culinary fundraiser is back for 2024! Under the Spire’s 2024 Soupfest fundraiser will be taking place on October 5th.
This annual fundraiser sees a selection of local restaurants enter a delicious fall soup into our tasting lineup for the day. Purchase a ticket to the event, come try some soups, and vote for which soup you believe was the best of the day. Here are this year’s entries:
- C&B Corner Cafe – Pickle Chowder
- Harmony House – Loaded Baked Potato
- Island Stone Pub – Squash Soup
- North Shore Canteen – PEI Beet Borscht
- Ruby’s Counter – Three Sister Soup (corn, squash and beans)
- Ship to Shore – Turkey Chowder
It wouldn’t be Soupfest without some amazing live music to keep the afternoon rolling! This year’s Soupfest performer is Charlottetown’s own Luka Hall, a well-known island trad musician who graces crowds with his fiddle, guitar and singing skills!
Proceeds from Soupfest go towards renovation and restoration efforts at Historic St. Mary’s. We are so grateful for our wonderful community members who always make this event a success – and so much fun!
